ServiWin from NirSoft displays a list of drivers and services installed on your system. It allows you to easily stop, start, uninstall, change startup type, etc.
File Integrity Check
ExactFile allows you to check an entire directory. It's the best one I've found so far
HashCheck (an Open Source tool similar to Hash Tab) adds a “Checksums” tab to the file properties dialog in Windows
http://sourceforge.net/projects/fsumfe/ - Fsum Frontend is a files integrity checker. It can calculate 96 hash and checksum algorithms(CRC32, MD5, SHA1, SHA2, ADLER, DHA256, FORK256, …). You can verify your files using a .sfv/.md5/.sha1/.sha2 file or create your own checksum file.

WinMerge - like diff for Windows, it shows you the difference between two directories or files
FFT - list the most recently changed files in a directory
iPerf - a modern alternative for measuring maximum TCP and UDP bandwidth performance. Iperf allows the tuning of various parameters and UDP characteristics. Iperf reports bandwidth, delay jitter, datagram loss.
Tunnerlier - similar to PuTTY, but incorporates an SCP client. Has a portable version
WinSnap - automatically save screenshots with drop shadow, resizing, etc.
Dumpsec -is a security auditing program for Microsoft Windows® NT/XP/200x. It dumps the permissions (DACLs) and audit settings (SACLs) for the file system, registry, printers and shares in a concise, readable format, so that holes in system security are readily apparent. DumpSec also dumps user, group and replication information.
USB Device Tree Viewer - shows lots of information, including whether a disk is plugged into a USB 2 or 3 port (Device Bus Speed should be 0x02 for USB2, 0x03 for USB3) and also whether the controllers are capable of USB3
USBDeview from Nirsoft lists all USB devices attached or previously used, showing extended information and allowing you to uninstall drivers.
